Role overview

Recruitment and talent sourcing

• Support end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and professional networks, build talent pools, research niche skills and hiring markets, and engage passive candidates.
• Support specialized hiring in cloud engineering, data engineering, AI and machine learning, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, software development, and DevOps/platform engineering.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, records, and job postings in Zoho Recruit; schedule interviews and maintain documentation.

HR operations and reporting

• Conduct candidate outreach and follow-ups, coordinate communications, and support a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with employer branding, recruitment campaigns, employee engagement, internal communications, and onboarding coordination.
• Support HR administration, compliance documentation, employee records, and recruitment database maintenance.
• Track sourcing, screening, and hiring activity; prepare dashboards and weekly reports; analyze recruitment metrics and trends.

Required qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage organization, multitasking, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• English is required.
• The posting names Hyderabad, Telangana as a required location while also specifying remote work.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoho Recruit or other applicant tracking systems is preferred.
• Interest in technology and IT hiring and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace are preferred.

Pay
