Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Tasks are varied and based on business requirements – some of the key day to day responsibilities include

• Preparing and refreshing Job Adverts.
• Screening Candidates.
• Interviewing and selection.
• Checking Right to Work documents.
• Keeping our recruitment platform up to date.
• Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.

We are looking for candidates who possess a real “can do” attitude and who can demonstrate the following skills

• Previous administrative and customer services experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative.
• Being proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders.
• Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business.
