Our capabilities span power generation, transmission and distribution, telecommunications, water, future energy and major infrastructure projects.
Our Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team partners closely with the business to attract, engage and hire the talented people who help deliver these essential services every day. We are located across Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland and pride ourselves on our collaborative, high performing and people focused culture.

Qualifications
- You are an experienced recruiter who enjoys working autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive and high performing team.
- Experience managing end to end recruitment across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups
- The ability to build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to hiring leaders
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast moving environment
- Strong sourcing capability and a proactive approach to talent attraction
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- A solutions focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Previous experience in an internal talent acquisition, recruitment business partner or agency recruitment environment
- Most importantly, you'll bring authenticity, resilience, curiosity and a genuine passion for people.
