Position purpose
Improves and standardizes talent acquisition processes and programs.
Analyzes workforce and recruiting trends, recommends improvements, and helps execute operational changes.
Key responsibilities
- Use statistics to research staffing and workforce trends, analyze root causes, and deliver analyses, reports, and trends.
- Develop process improvements and measurement systems for talent acquisition.
- Analyze data to understand customer needs and improve performance, including retention and time-to-hire.
- Optimize enterprise talent acquisition processes and establish procedures tailored to business needs.
Work conditions and travel
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Work is primarily seated in a comfortable indoor area, with occasional movement and rare lifting of light items.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Knowledge and abilities typically acquired through a high school diploma and/or GED.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Competencies include extensive data analysis and summarization, Microsoft Office proficiency, survey methodology and analysis, strong writing, and problem solving.
