Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Talend Tech Lead
with strong expertise in
Talend Big Data Platform and modern data engineering technologies
.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing
large-scale data integration and big data solutions
, along with the ability to lead technical teams and guide architecture decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of
- data integration solutions using Talend Big Data Platform
- .
- Build and optimize
- ETL/ELT pipelines
- for large-scale data processing.
- Work with
- big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and distributed data platforms
- .
- Design and implement
- data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing
- .
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide
- technical leadership and mentoring
- to the data engineering team.
- Ensure best practices in
- data architecture, performance optimization, and data governance
- .
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and performance issues.
Required Skills
- **8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL development**
- **Strong hands-on experience with Talend Big Data Platform**
- Experience with
- big data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Hive, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of
- SQL and relational databases
- Experience working with
- data warehouses and large-scale data processing
- Familiarity with
- cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
- Strong
- problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in
- enterprise data platforms or large-scale data environments
- Knowledge of
- data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with
- data orchestration and scheduling tools
- Ability to work in
- client-facing and cross-functional environments
