Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible **Tailor cum Driver** to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for garment alterations, stitching, and ensuring timely delivery and collection of materials using the company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Perform stitching, alterations, and repairs of uniforms, garments, and other textile items.
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fitting according to customer requirements.
- Operate sewing machines and maintain quality workmanship.
- Handle fabric cutting, hemming, zipper replacement, and other tailoring tasks.
- Drive the company vehicle for the delivery and collection of garments, fabrics, and accessories.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery to customers, suppliers, and company locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules and maintain a valid UAE driving license.
- Assist the production team with other related tasks when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a tailor in garment stitching and alterations.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Good knowledge of garment measurements, fabrics, and sewing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
