About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured WT classes for children aged 4-16, from white belt through to black belt
• Run adult sessions for beginner to advanced students on a flexible weekly schedule
• Design and lead intensive taekwondo holiday camps during UAE school breaks, including themed sessions and gradings
• Build and manage relationships with Dubai schools to deliver in-school taekwondo programmes and after-school clubs
• Train and mentor students for local, national, and international WT competitions
• Create age-appropriate grading syllabi, class plans, and structured belt progression tracks
• Represent the academy at events, demonstrations, and school open days

Requirements

• World Taekwondo (WT) Kukkiwon certification – minimum 2nd Dan black belt required
• Recognised WT coaching licence, national or international level
• 2+ years of coaching experience, ideally with children and youth groups
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage young students, parents, and school partners
• Experience delivering school sports or community programmes is highly preferred
• First Aid / CPR certified, or willing to obtain before start date
• Clear background check – mandatory for working with minors in the UAE
• Fluent English required;
