- Join Our Team as an Analytics Platform Engineer at Quantix Solutions FZCO!
- We’re looking for a skilled Analytics Platform Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team and play a key role in shaping and enhancing our enterprise analytics platforms.
- In this role, you’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and support scalable BI solutions—enabling high-quality, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- What You’ll Do?
- Manage and support a high-availability Tableau & Superset Analytics platform environments
- Design scalable BI architecture and optimize performance for large data volumes
- Develop and maintain dashboards, data sources, and semantic layers to support Platform governance & monitoring
- Drive data governance, security frameworks, and platform best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automated, self-service analytics solutions
- Enhance analytics capabilities using tools like Python/R
- Provide user support, training, and continuous platform improvements
- What We’re Looking For?
- 3+ years’ experience in BI/Analytics platforms (strong Tableau expertise required)
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing & ETL processes
- Experience with Tableau APIs, scripting, or programming languages
- Solid understanding of data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to Have: Tableau certifications and/or Experience with Python or R
