Account Executive – Public Sector (Tableau) | KSA Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 8+ Years in KSA Public Sector Sales

Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is Required

The Role: Impact the Future of the Kingdom As an Enterprise Account Executive for Tableau, you will be at the forefront of the digital revolution in KSA. You will manage a high-stakes portfolio of Key Public Sector Accounts and Giga Projects , helping government leaders turn massive data sets into actionable insights.

Your Mission:

• Strategic Growth: Craft and execute detailed account plans to identify expansion opportunities and drive Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs).
• Orchestrate Success: Lead a "virtual" internal team of specialists, architects, and partners to build long-term strategic roadmaps for your clients.
• Relationship Excellence: Use your network to navigate complex government hierarchies, building trust with C-level stakeholders and key influencers.
• Collaborate: Work in tandem with Salesforce "Core" Account Executives to deliver a unified "One Salesforce" experience to our customers.

Who Are You? We are looking for a high-energy "Trailblazer" who fits the following profile:

• The Overachiever: You have a consistent track record of smashing sales quotas in the KSA Public Sector. You don’t just meet goals; you redefine them.
• The Industry Expert: With 8+ years of experience selling into Saudi government entities, you understand the nuances of local procurement, Vision 2030 mandates, and the PIF ecosystem.
• The Master Communicator: You are as comfortable presenting in an Arabic boardroom as you are collaborating with a global team in English.
• The Team Player: You know that "winning" is a team sport. You excel at engaging internal resources and partners to close complex, multi-million dollar deals.
• The Data-Driven Leader: You believe in the tools you sell. You maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and pride yourself on accurate, data-backed forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise software sales experience within the KSA Public Sector.
• Proven experience navigating Giga Projects and large-scale government digital transformations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to engage with customers on-site.
• Native or professional Arabic fluency and full professional English proficiency.
