Join a leading banking organization in the UAE supporting large-scale core banking transformation and modernization initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced T24 Core Banking Architect with strong Temenos T24 / Transact expertise to support enterprise-level banking programs and integration initiatives across mission-critical banking platforms.
This opportunity is ideal for senior banking technology professionals with deep experience designing, architecting, and delivering core banking solutions within large-scale enterprise and digital banking environments.
This is a contract / freelance engagement with an immediate hiring timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end architecture solutions for Temenos T24 / Transact core banking platforms
- Drive core banking transformation initiatives including modernization, migration, integration, and platform optimization activities
- Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders to define scalable and secure core banking solutions
- Design and review integration architectures between T24 and surrounding enterprise systems including digital banking, payments, middleware, CRM, and third-party platforms
- Provide architectural guidance across retail banking, corporate banking, lending, payments, customer onboarding, and related banking domains
- Support solution governance, technical design reviews, performance optimization, and best practices across the banking ecosystem
- Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and deployment
- Document architecture designs, integration flows, technical standards, and solution recommendations
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a T24 Architect, Temenos Architect, Core Banking Architect, or similar role within enterprise banking environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact platforms
- Strong understanding of core banking architecture, banking operations, and enterprise banking systems
- Experience with T24 integration frameworks, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns
- Good understanding of banking domains including retail banking, lending, payments, customer management, and transaction processing
- Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation or core banking migration programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical teams
- Experience working within large banking or consulting environments is highly preferred
- GCC banking experience is a strong advantage
- Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred
