  • As a Senior Consultant/Manager, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL, and Python , along with experience working within the Banking or Financial Services domain . The role involves building robust data pipelines, transforming and integrating enterprise data, and supporting analytics and reporting initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies 8 to 12 Years of Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , including BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Composer. Advanced SQL skills with query optimization and data transformation experience. Strong Python programming skills for data engineering and automation. Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling. Exposure to Data Lake/Lakehouse architectures and cloud-based data platforms. Experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end delivery. Lead the design, development, and delivery of data engineering solutions on GCP. Manage and mentor Data Engineering teams while ensuring delivery excellence. Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data platforms. Collaborate with business, architecture, and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drive data quality, governance, performance optimization, and operational best practices. Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, risks, and resource planning. Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services. Understanding of customer, transaction, regulatory, risk, and compliance data domains Experience with CI/CD, DataOps, and Agile delivery. GCP Data Engineer or Cloud certifications.
