Learn more about: Customer Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a passionate Java Developer with 5-7 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, experience with modern frameworks, and the ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Develop RESTful services and APIs for web and mobile applications Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to integrate user-facing elements Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions Ensure application performance, scalability, and security Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver tasks within timelines Required Skills & Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Java development Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP principles, and design patterns Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Hibernate Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL Knowledge of version control systems (Git) Understanding of multithreading, collections, and concurrency Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)

with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Attention to detail and commitment to quality Nice to Have: Experience with DevOps practices Knowledge of security standards and best practices Exposure to Agile development methodologies Prior experience in enterprise-level applications Location and way of working: Base location: Pune Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
