Systems Software Intern, Aerial PHY- Summer 2027

Develop cutting-edge end-to-end reference system stack for 5G/6G baseband.

Build and simulate sophisticated algorithms for 5G/6G PHY layer in Matlab/Python.

Implement and optimize PHY features in C/C++/CUDA on a GPU platform based on 5G/6G spec.

Support system integration, performance testing, system demonstration and lab trials for end-to-end system.

Pursuing PhD or MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related.

Strong background in the classic and AI/ML based algorithms for communication signal processing in wireless systems.

Good understanding of the balance between algorithm performance and implementation cost.

Programming skills in Matlab/Python and C/C++.

Familiarity with CUDA programming and NVIDIA GPU Architectures

Familiarity with 3GPP, ORAN, FAPI standards related to 5G/6G.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience. The hourly rate for our interns is 20 USD - 71 USD.
