Your Role

  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team by demonstrating Nutanix solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales counterparts to develop comprehensive account plans and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage complex customer accounts and oversee larger sales transactions, ensuring effective communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and addressing their business challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and guide prospects through technical evaluations (POCs) to facilitate sales.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in Nutanix products and services.
  • Mentor new hires and peers, providing guidance in technical areas and promoting team knowledge.
  • Achieve performance goals related to sales targets and customer engagement within the first year.
  • What You Will Bring
  • 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience, including presales engineering.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on technical aptitude with adaptability to market demands.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and solution proposal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Project management capabilities with a focus on handling multiple priorities.
  • Presales experience in data center and cloud technologies, particularly Nutanix products.
  • Subject matter expertise to establish credibility with clients.
  • Work Arrangement
  • Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
  • The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 165,600 and USD $ 248,400 per year.
  • However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
  • If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
