Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6; prepare baselines, WBS, and project execution plans.
• Monitor progress against baselines, identify variances, and produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Perform critical path and schedule impact analyses and forecast project completion dates.
• Coordinate schedules and planning information across project management, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor productivity, earned value, and progress against planned targets; support risk assessments and recovery plans.
• Participate in stakeholder and client progress reviews and assist with extension of time claims and contractual schedule submissions.
• Ensure planning activities follow project procedures and organizational standards.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 6–7 years of planning experience in systems, technical systems, or systems integration projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise and solid knowledge of project controls, scheduling methods, and planning best practices.
• Experience coordinating schedules across engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments; familiarity with EPC, turnkey, or systems integration projects.
• Understanding of contractual planning principles and schedule risk management.
• Completed DataFlow verification or a valid DataFlow report is an advantage.
