- Essential 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services, Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Network, Data Center, or End User Computing environments. Strong understanding of: MSAs SOWs Contract structures Service schedules Change Orders Governance frameworks Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts. Experience in solutioning, delivery management, transition management, or service management. Knowledge of ITIL-based delivery models. Strong analytical and commercial acumen. Preferred Experience in large outsourcing and managed services deals. Experience working with Legal and Commercial teams. Knowledge of Cloud and Security services. Experience in service transition and transformation programmes. Exposure to contract compliance audits and delivery governance.
