Role overview

Systems integration and automation

• Maintain integrations, monitor data flows, diagnose problems, and adapt connections as workflows and vendors change.
• Build integrations and automations from design through deployment.
• Prototype, test, and ship internal apps, scripts, and workflows using AI coding tools.
• Choose between no-code solutions and custom code based on the need.

Security, documentation, and collaboration

• Design integrations with HIPAA, PHI, least-privilege access, business associate agreements, logging, and safe error handling in mind.
• Create data maps, runbooks, and system diagrams so others can support the work.
• Work with clinical, billing, credentialing, HR, and operations teams to make manual processes reliable workflows.

Technology environment

• Systems include Healthie, Nabla, Big Sky Care Connect, Keragon, Candid Health, Inbox Health, Medallion, Dialpad, Google Workspace, Rippling, JotForm, Webflow, and a custom-built CRM.
• The role does not require knowledge of every listed tool, but requires the ability to learn new APIs quickly.

Work arrangement

• Fully remote position.

Employment and compensation

• Full-time, exempt position.
• Salary is $65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience.

• Design integrations with HIPAA, PHI protection, least-privilege access, logging, business associate agreements, and safe error handling in mind.
• Use judgment to determine when no-code tools are sufficient and when custom code is needed.
