Systems Integration and Test Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science
• 8+ years’ experience with SATCOM requirements development, Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T), system testing, and production activities
• Experience supporting program office technical, schedule, and cost activities, including risk and issue identification
• Possess strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex technical issues under limited supervision
• Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical details clearly to government leadership
• Demonstrated ability to identify priorities and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision
• Experience designing, analyzing, and assessing spacecraft and payload hardware to provide in‐depth technical evaluations and identify risks
• Experience designing, analyzing, and assessing SATCOM ground systems to provide in‐depth technical evaluations and identify risks
• Desired Qualifications
• Possess a Secret or higher clearance
• Master’s degree in technical field such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science
• Experience with system‐of‐systems integration and test across space, ground, and user segments
• Familiarity with government test frameworks, verification strategies, and integration planning
• Experience reviewing or supporting Class I changes, configuration management, and technical baselines
• Systems engineering or program management certifications such as CSEP, ESEP, PMI / PMP
• Basic Compensation: $135,000 to $169,000 in California
• The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
