LLC is a UAE-based technical subcontractor established in 1982, specializing in swimming pools, landscaping, waterproofing, industrial flooring, concrete works, and sports facilities across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in swimming pool & landscaping projects
- Generate leads, meet clients, and close projects
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
- Manage projects from initial inquiry to final handover
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate with design and project teams for execution
- Ensure commercial performance including pricing and payment terms
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in pool & landscaping sales (mandatory)
- Engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, or related preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of pool systems and landscaping materials
- Good understanding of UAE construction market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UAE Driving License preferred
