Systems Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline

Two years or more of applicable Radio Frequency (RF) / threat (electronic warfare systems) engineering experience

Knowledge of and experience with military Technical Orders (TO), and troubleshooting procedures on RF and electronic warfare (EW) systems

Experience with Input/Output (IO)-related systems analysis and design to serve as technical authority on a wide range of technology and applications. Must have knowledge of emerging technology to apply new solutions to requirements and to plan and sustain advanced projects

Ability to develop new approaches, establish innovative techniques, and identify measurement and evaluation criteria to determine system effectiveness, develop new or modified work methods, and analyze and resolve highly complex problems

Ability to communicate complex concepts, orally and in writing

Knowledge and understanding of current engineering practices and standards. Apply the principles and techniques of electrical engineering design to specific projects

Ability to manage engineering projects efficiently and effectively

Ability to provide technical direction to other engineers, technicians and support personnel

Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully in both oral and written form

Ability to write and prepare a variety of technical reports, manuals and other types of written communications

Ability to analyze data, resolve problems and make decisions independently

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

This position will require travel to the Nevada Test and Training Range on a weekly basis
