Role Overview
We are looking for Systems Engineer – Messaging & Groupware to manage Microsoft messaging and identity platforms, focusing on vulnerability remediation, security hardening, patch governance, and hybrid identity operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange Hybrid, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Lead vulnerability remediation and security compliance initiatives.
- Execute Exchange and Windows patching activities.
- Support Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity services.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
- Manage audit readiness, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in on-call support and incident response.
