Main Requirements
- Look to be a part of multiple responsibilities, tasks, and roles to meet the firm's needs.
- Interest in learning financial operating systems to support advisory and client service teams
- Own complex workflows, identify problems, and propose solutions within the firm
- Design business architecture and systems in accordance with Peak's standards of excellence
- Support advisors by translating financial planning needs into structured, scalable systems
- Partner with leadership to test, implement, and optimize new tools, workflows, and strategies
