Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in a healthcare setting. 1 to 3 year's experience in clinical operations (preferred), healthcare IT, or performing business analysis. Experience working with or supporting electronic health records systems such as Oracle Health Millenium (preferred) or Epic or other healthcare related applications. Understanding of practice management workflows such as patient scheduling and access, front desk workflows and revenue cycle, clinical workflows and encounter management, and care coordination and follow-up. Working knowledge of basic project management principles preferred.
