Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects within financial services, preferably banking.
The role calls for project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, regulatory awareness, and delivery experience in international or multi-country environments.
Mandatory requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- At least 7 years of hands-on project management experience, including responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience delivering IT projects in financial services; banking is preferred.
- Experience managing medium- to large-scale IT projects in banking or financial services.
- Experience managing projects in international, regional, or multi-country environments.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience managing internal teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Experience working with senior management, business sponsors, technology teams, and vendors in structured governance.
Education and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, or PMI-ACP certifications are preferred.
