Join the Group Services team to manage, maintain and continuously improve the company's CRM and wider business systems.
Help ensure CRM data is accurate, reliable and consistently used, and provide reporting and insight for sales performance and business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Pipedrive CRM and maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Monitor CRM use and support users with queries, training and guidance.
- Develop CRM reports and dashboards; produce regular CRM, referral and order intake reports.
- Oversee the referral system, tracking referrals through completion and reporting performance.
- Support lead generation and pipeline growth; analyse data, identify trends and highlight issues.
- Provide first-line support for CRM and other business systems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support testing, upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement; identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting and data quality.
About you
- Experience in a CRM, systems, data analysis or business systems environment.
- Experience with CRM administration, data quality, reporting and dashboards, data analysis, first-line systems support, or system improvements and implementations is sought.
