Role overview
Analyzes, implements, supports, and administers Remai Modern server, storage, network, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure under the IT Manager.
Ensures infrastructure functionality, resource planning, and high availability.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer infrastructure for performance, availability, recoverability, replication, and security.
- Assess infrastructure requirements, research technologies, and recommend solutions and future configurations.
- Optimize virtualization and storage performance; produce trend reports and maintain documentation.
- Perform assigned project work, provide technical guidance and training, and coordinate hardware and software problem resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technology developments and perform other related duties.
Qualifications
- Requires one of two pathways: a related degree and six years of infrastructure experience, or a recognized two-year computer sciences program and eight years of infrastructure experience.
- Both pathways include two years’ current Programmer Analyst III or equivalent experience supporting and administering server, storage, network, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
- Requires thorough knowledge of virtualization, storage, networks, operating systems, technical support, and project management.
- Requires knowledge of relevant Microsoft, networking, SAN, server hardware, high availability, failover, and recovery technologies.
- Effective oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Certifications and technical knowledge
- A current Microsoft infrastructure or networking certification is an asset.
- Examples include Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator, CCNA, or Cisco Meraki certification.
Schedule
- Weekly hours are 36.67.
- Evening, weekend, and overtime work may be required.
- Standby is mandatory for designated employees when required.

- Pay is $98,800.32–$107,215.68 per year.
