Role overview

Work arrangement and location

• Hybrid arrangement: mostly remote with occasional on-site work at the BayCare System Office in Clearwater, Florida.
• Must reside and work within Florida.

Schedule

• Full-time, exempt position with varying shift hours, occasional weekend work, and on-call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of customer daily operations to provide technical support.
• Identify process improvements based on customer needs; troubleshoot and support systems and applications.
• May participate in project management from inception to completion; perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 6 years of systems analysis, design, and/or support experience; or 2 years of specific systems experience with demonstrated competency as an Associate Systems Analyst; or 2 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in a computer science field.
• Required experience with Cerner PharmNet and Cerner Millennium.
• Education: bachelor's degree in an information-services-related field, or high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred experience

• Information Systems pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Prior pharmacy technician or pharmacist experience is preferred.
