Responsibilities

• Assess existing IT solutions and analyze functionality, efficiency, and productivity; help design, develop, and implement technical solutions.
• Handle technical support tickets, assist users in resolving problems, and identify solutions.
• Create and maintain system documentation and encourage end-user self-sufficiency.
• Recognize probable conflicts in data from diverse sources and integrate data elements and sources.
• Pursue development opportunities, show progress on a learning plan, and produce innovative solutions to complex problems.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Management, or equivalent education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting users with application technical support, developing procedures and reporting tools, and coordinating training and technical support.

Preferred qualifications

• Three years of financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals is preferred.
• Ability to read SQL queries is helpful.
• Experience with regulatory, privacy, security, and related laws, rules, regulations, and standards is preferred.

Pay

• Posted salary range is $54,000–$83,600; the anticipated hiring range is typically between the minimum and midpoint.
