Role overview
The Systems Analyst develops and guides internal business solutions for operational and back-office projects.
The role works with IT teams, stakeholders, and clients to configure and implement technology for shipping projects.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with EDI and API integration offerings; analyze integration bugs, find root causes, and present resolutions.
- Support customer and vendor onboarding and changes to D2Link and Samsara mobile integrations.
- Help migrate business lines from legacy applications to TruckMate and support automation projects involving AI and other technologies.
- Assist with BI reporting, configure software to stakeholder specifications, and coordinate with programmers to minimize rework.
- Develop software proofs of concept, track project progress, and create SOPs and other documentation.
- Support projects and users through go-live, mentor IT team members, and help design and deliver training plans.
- Support day-to-day business operations and monitor potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Requires 2–5 years of experience in an enterprise software environment.
- Requires experience in software or systems implementation; finance, transportation, or related-industry experience is preferred.
- Requires ability to travel within Canada.
- Analytical problem-solving, communication, deadline management, and ability to work independently and with a team are listed competencies.
Assets
- Experience with Trimble TruckMate, Crystal Reports, SQL (MSSQL or IBM DB2), Microdea Synergize, Zendesk, Wrike, Power BI, or Metabase is an asset.
- Linux, AI tools, and mapping or visualization software are listed as assets.
Hours
- Full-time, permanent position with flexible hours; typical team activity is between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Compensation
- Annual salary range is $80,000–$125,000, with a bonus, benefits plan, and vacation.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
