Acts as a senior technical resource on an Agile delivery team, translating business and technical requirements into enterprise systems.
Leads analysis, architecture, design, and implementation of complex SAP-based solutions aligned with BCLC architecture and industry standards.
Partners with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, business stakeholders, and technical and business subject matter experts.
Key accountabilities
- Provide technical and impact analysis for complex enterprise solutions and manage SAP-related operational projects.
- Develop and review SAP business requirements, functional designs, and technical designs with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure SAP solution development, quality assurance, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Lead SAP initiatives involving RISE PCE, Business Data Cloud, Analytics Cloud, and related cloud applications.
- Coordinate integration readiness, SIT/UAT, cutover planning and execution; track risks, dependencies, and cross-workstream impacts.
- Provide status reports, stakeholder communications, and project updates; advise on emerging technology and solutions.
- Define non-functional requirements with business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts.
- Identify enterprise system and integration gaps and recommend technical solutions; lead and guide cross-functional teams.

- Use enterprise systems and integration knowledge to identify gaps and recommend technical solutions.
