Chiron Technology Services is hiring a System Vulnerability Analyst III in the Annapolis Junction, Maryland area.
An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
Capabilities and duties
- Identify system vulnerabilities and attacks across hardware, software, personnel, procedures, logistics, and physical security.
- Assess how vulnerabilities and attacks could affect supported operations and missions.
- Compare attack techniques and develop operationally effective countermeasures.
- Prepare formal and informal reports, briefings, and assessments of actual and potential attacks.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, a master's degree and 6 years, or a doctoral degree and 4 years.
- An associate's degree plus 10 years of clearly related experience may be considered.
- The degree must be in computer science or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience includes systems design or development, programming, cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, information assurance, or systems engineering.
Compensation and benefits
- The description lists compensation at approximately USD 165,000 per year.
