About This Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and programs for new system implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and training needs.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to different user groups.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during and after system deployment.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed to ensure clarity and user engagement.
  • Assist in the development of implementation plans and timelines in coordination with project teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement in training delivery and system adoption, suggesting enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Maintain documentation related to training programs, system guidelines, and user manuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven 15 years of experience in system training, implementation, or a similar role.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and independently manage training programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with commonly used enterprise software systems is preferred.
