Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and programs for new system implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and training needs.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to different user groups.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during and after system deployment.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed to ensure clarity and user engagement.
- Assist in the development of implementation plans and timelines in coordination with project teams.
- Identify areas for improvement in training delivery and system adoption, suggesting enhancements to optimize performance.
- Maintain documentation related to training programs, system guidelines, and user manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven 15 years of experience in system training, implementation, or a similar role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and independently manage training programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with commonly used enterprise software systems is preferred.
