System Test Technician I

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Degree or GED is required.
• Able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and other specialty software used in a lab environment.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to Read/Write English.
• A Standard Vision Test is required (Annually).
• Ability to work with all team members in the department and the company.
• US Citizenship or Qualified U.S. Worker. This is an entry-level position – training will be supplied on all system testing. Prior experience in the following areas would be advantageous (not a requirement)
• Experience testing optical components, such as lenses, with spherical and aspheric surfaces, and sub-assemblies using Zygo Interferometers.
• Experience in optical manufacturing.
• Experience with MTF testing of precision optical assemblies.
• Experience with autocollimators, microscopes, power meters, spectrophotometers and alignment telescopes.
• Computer controlled environment.
