System Operator I - Traffic Operations

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must be willing to work all shifts including weekends, overnights and holidays
- Proficient with various computer/software systems - including MS Office, GIS and web-based information systems
- Must have an aptitude for providing exceptional customer service
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
- Applicants must be able to pass a background/criminal history check
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of local roadways
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to professionally interact with co-workers and client staff
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm during high pressure situations

- Expected Compensation:
- All Locations: $22.94/hr - $26.66/hr
- WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may offer additional benefits and compensation, depending on circumstances and the type of work being performed not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
