Role Overview

The role helps system integrators building on LangChain become technically capable, commercially aligned, and positioned to grow their LangChain practices.

The position focuses on practitioners and delivery teams as well as executive sponsors.

What You’ll Do

  • Build relationships with architects, delivery leads, practice heads, and other practitioners at system integrators.
  • Run technical enablement sessions and connect partners with appropriate internal resources.
  • Create and close co-sell motions with system integrators on active enterprise opportunities.
  • Build joint go-to-market programs aligned with how system integrators operate.

What You’ll Own

  • Manage a portfolio of system integrator partnerships across global, regional, boutique, and specialist consultancies.
  • Run joint pipeline, co-selling activities, quarterly business reviews, and attribution tracking.
  • Deliver certifications, training, delivery playbooks, and technical workshops.
  • Partner with solutions engineering and product teams to resolve technical questions.
  • Surface partner needs related to product capabilities, support, and commercial terms.
  • Develop co-marketing and thought leadership programs with key partners.

Must-Haves

  • Have 10 or more years of experience in alliance management, partner sales, or business development.
  • Have direct experience working with system integrators, global system integrators, or consultancies.
  • Have technical fluency in AI or developer tooling, including LLMs, agent architectures, and developer workflows.
  • Have built system integrator partnerships that generated measurable pipeline.
  • Manage relationships across engineers, practice heads, and C-suite stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience at a developer tools or AI/ML infrastructure company is a plus.
  • Existing relationships at major system integrators or management consultancies with active AI practices are a plus.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith is a plus.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range is $220,000 to $280,000.
  • Compensation may also include variable compensation, equity, benefits, and perks.
  • Actual compensation and offerings vary by role, level, and location.
