Role overview

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges and requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
• Analyze processes and identify automation, simplification, and innovation opportunities.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Azure, and enterprise platforms.
• Configure Dataverse data structures, security roles, business rules, and application lifecycle practices.
• Support governance, documentation, reusable components, standardized development, and citizen-developer enablement.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, performance, and user-adoption issues.
• Advise stakeholders and mentor colleagues on Power Platform development and governance.

Key technologies

• Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure.
• Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, connectors, Power Fx, CoE, and governance.
• Optional technologies include Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages, custom connectors, and Azure integration services.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering business-critical Power Platform applications and automations.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience analyzing processes and converting requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Understanding of governance, security, environment management, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, workshop facilitation, and user-adoption skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages, DevOps, or source-control experience is a plus.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, engineering, manufacturing, or project-driven organizations is a plus.
• Alternative experience that provides comparable value may be considered.
