The employer is seeking an experienced Systems and Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain reliable and secure systems and networks.

Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly; provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and maintain system specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify system enhancements and process improvements; stay current with technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Technical and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows or Mac and network protocols; experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CCTV, PABX, and structured cabling; ability to design and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks.
- Ability to configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and Wi-Fi services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
- CCNA, Fortinet NSE4 or higher, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications are preferred.
Work environment
- The position is typically office-based, with possible remote work depending on organizational policies.
- Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.
