System and Infra Specialist L3 ( Saudi National)

The L3 System & Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructure and system solutions to ensure scalability, stability, and high availability. This role involves leading system integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, planning disaster recovery strategies, and optimizing system performance. Additionally, the L3 Specialist plays a key role in mentoring L2 engineers, enforcing compliance, and driving infrastructure enhancements. Description System & Infrastructure Management Design, plan, and operate IT infrastructure and systems to ensure efficiency and scalability Ensure high availability of infrastructure services, optimizing system uptime and performance Lead the implementation of new IT infrastructure and system solutions for company projects Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are properly implemented and tested Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Diagnose and resolve advanced system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and proactive resolution Lead collaboration efforts with IT teams and vendors for critical issue resolution Ensure comprehensive documentation of system incidents, root cause analyses, and resolution strategies Provide expert technical guidance to junior team members, end-users, and IT teams Compliance and Change Management Oversee adherence to change management protocols and ensure process improvements Monitor compliance within the team and escalate critical issues Lead closure of audit findings and compliance reviews

**Special Projects**: Lead, manage and execute the specific projects/ tasks assigned by the management from time to time as per business needs, with in the allocated time frame MIS & Reporting Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.

**Education Experience Skills:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Preferred certifications:** Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate 5+ years of experience in system administration, including server and application management Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting servers, operating systems, and IT systems Knowledge of system security measures and compliance standards Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month
