The position is Lifeguard / Swimming Pool Guide in Dubai, UAE.
The role is full-time and requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool safety, supervise activities, and prevent accidents or unsafe behavior.
- Respond to emergencies, provide first aid when required, and perform water rescues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool environment; check safety equipment and report issues.
- Enforce pool rules, assist swimmers, and coordinate with staff during emergencies.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with guests.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of lifeguard experience; strong swimming and water-rescue skills.
- Basic first-aid and CPR knowledge or certification; good communication and observation skills.
- Remain calm and respond quickly in emergencies; be physically fit and responsible.
- Lifeguard / Pool Lifesaving certification is preferred or required as applicable.
- Previous UAE experience is an advantage.
Preferred skills and schedule
- Professional and presentable appearance; customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; good English communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as starting from AED 1.00 per month.
