Overview
We are looking for an energetic and experienced **Female Swimming Trainer** to join our Summer Program during **July and August**.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and safe swimming lessons for **children and teenagers**, helping participants develop their swimming skills, water confidence, and overall fitness in a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct swimming lessons for kids and teens of different skill levels.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.
- Teach swimming techniques, water safety, and basic aquatic skills.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate swimming activities and exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional atmosphere.
- Follow all pool safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Communicate effectively with parents and camp coordinators when required.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience teaching swimming to children and teenagers.
- Valid swimming instructor certification is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work during July and August summer camp schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in summer camps, schools, sports academies, or recreational programs.
- Competitive swimming background is a plus.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
