Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our experienced team at Vortex in Doha, Qatar.
This is a full-time, on-site role where the Swim Instructor will develop and deliver high-quality swim lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities
include teaching water safety techniques, improving swimming skills, and providing guidance in a structured and engaging environment.
The role also involves ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals and families.
Qualifications
- Experience in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and teaching swimming to various age groups
- Proficiency in Swimming and Aquatics, with knowledge of water safety protocols
- Certification or experience in Lifeguarding and managing aquatic safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support participants
- CPR, First Aid, and Lifesaving certifications are highly preferred
- Ability to work well with both children and adults in a multicultural environment
- Prior experience in a professional aquatic setting is an advantage
