Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Swim Coach for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Swim Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering safe, engaging, and effective swimming lessons to individuals across various age groups and skill levels.
Day-to-day activities include conducting both group and individual swim sessions, assisting athletes in developing their swimming techniques, ensuring water safety, and inspiring confidence in students of all abilities.
The Swim Coach will also play a key role in maintaining a positive and motivating training environment and may support competitive swim teams with customized coaching plans.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction, including designing and delivering lessons for different skill levels and ages
- Expertise in Swimming and Swim Lessons, with a strong ability to teach and evaluate proper techniques
- Experience in Lifeguarding and ensuring safety protocols are followed during all swim sessions
- Knowledge of Aquatics programs and competitive swim training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students
- Water safety certifications such as lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid (required or willing to obtain)
- Experience in coaching competitive swimmers or participating in swim competitions is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment
