What will I be doing?

We are seeking a strong strategic thinker and execution-minded leader who is able to help define and accelerate Circana’s growth trajectory — and lead the enterprise-wide transformation required to deliver it. You will play a critical role in the Corporate Strategy group by driving the end-to-end aspects of creating and operationalizing the strategies required to drive growth from both our existing business and new and emerging business models, and by translating those strategies into a coherent transformation roadmap spanning our commercial, technology, product, operations, and culture functions. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be a key member of Circana’s strategy leadership team and lead global cross-functional teams on critical growth and transformation initiatives.

As a leader within Circana, you will work closely with key stakeholders to craft actionable corporate, business unit, and product strategy recommendations — and translate that strategy into a transformation agenda that delivers measurable business outcomes.
