Key Responsibilities

• Analyze ESG data and prepare sustainability reports aligned with global standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
• Monitor and evaluate environmental and social impact metrics
• Support ESG strategy development and implementation
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG initiatives across operations
• Assist in carbon footprint assessments and reduction strategies
• Ensure compliance with local and international sustainability regulations
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership

Skills

• ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
• Data analysis and sustainability metrics tracking
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
• Carbon accounting and climate risk assessment
• Strong research and analytical thinking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or related roles (flexible for strong candidates)
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
