- 🎯 The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to develop and implement sustainability strategies, environmental initiatives, and responsible business practices.
- The ideal candidate will lead sustainability programs, manage ESG initiatives, improve organizational sustainability performance, and support compliance with evolving environmental and social responsibility standards.
- 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives and ESG goals
- Lead environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs and sustainability initiatives across the organization
- Establish sustainability frameworks, policies, targets, and performance measurement methodologies
- Monitor and report sustainability metrics, carbon footprint, resource efficiency, and environmental performance
- Conduct sustainability assessments, risk evaluations, and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operations, facilities, procurement, HR, finance, and leadership teams to integrate sustainable practices
- Support ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop initiatives to improve energy efficiency, waste reduction, responsible sourcing, and environmental performance
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability objectives and progress
- Research sustainability trends, regulatory developments, and best practices to support continuous improvement
- Prepare sustainability reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering, ESG, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree or professional certifications in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or related disciplines are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability management, ESG, environmental management, corporate responsibility, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience leading sustainability programs, ESG initiatives, or environmental improvement projects preferred
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG reporting, environmental regulations, and corporate responsibility practices
- Experience with sustainability reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, or similar frameworks is advantageous
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop strategies and translate sustainability goals into practical business initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
