  • We are looking for a forward-thinking and passionate Sustainability Manager to lead and drive our sustainability initiatives across the organization.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies, ESG programs, and environmental initiatives that support long-term business goals while creating positive environmental and social impact.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainability practices are integrated into business operations and decision-making processes.

  • šŸŽÆ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead sustainability projects and initiatives focused on environmental performance, resource efficiency, and responsible business practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability metrics, including carbon emissions, energy consumption, waste management, and environmental impact.
  • Prepare ESG reports, sustainability disclosures, and regulatory submissions in accordance with industry standards and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business units to integrate sustainability principles into operations, procurement, and corporate strategy.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments, audits, and benchmarking activities to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to promote sustainability goals and responsible practices throughout the value chain.
  • Support employee awareness programs and sustainability training initiatives.
  • Stay informed about emerging sustainability trends, climate-related risks, and evolving ESG regulations.
  • āœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business Management, Corporate Responsibility, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, corporate responsibility, or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, ISSB, or similar standards.
  • Understanding of environmental regulations, climate strategies, carbon accounting, and sustainability best practices.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with sustainability reporting tools, ESG data analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence organizational change.
  • Professional certifications related to sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or corporate responsibility are advantageous.
