Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal GHG emissions data, reporting systems, and analytical products.
• Enhance data pipelines, automation, and sustainability data architecture with data engineering teams.
• Write specifications, review data models, and oversee code quality for sustainability pipelines and dashboards.
• Maintain data governance, quality assurance, and a reliable single source of truth.
• Build monthly reporting dashboards and analytics tools for carbon-reduction insights.
• Support annual carbon-footprint calculations and external GHG data audits.
• Align stakeholders, drive reporting-tool adoption, and support change management.
• Line-manage and develop a Sustainability Senior Analyst.

Must-Have Experience

• Six or more years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or related technical operational roles.
• Hands-on experience with modern data-stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or Airflow.
• Strong SQL and Python fluency.
• Advanced data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with technical specifications, code or data-model reviews, and engineering workflows.
• Project leadership, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and project-management experience.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SAP, Workday, or ChromeRiver systems.
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar project-management tools.
• Knowledge of GHG accounting principles and assurance procedures.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices.
• Advanced Excel or statistical-analysis skills.
