Career Opportunity – Licensed Loss Adjuster

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Between 4 to 8 years of practical experience in loss adjusting and insurance claims handling.
• Professional license to practice loss adjusting.
• Demonstrated ability to independently investigate, assess, and adjust insurance claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy wordings, terms, conditions, warranties, exclusions, and deductibles.

Technical Experience Required

• Applicants must possess proven experience in handling and adjusting the following classes of claims:
• Fire Claims

• Property All Risks Claims

• Engineering Claims

Professional Certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and investigations.
• Determine the cause, nature, and extent of loss or damage.
• Review insurance policies, supporting documents, and contractual liabilities.
• Assess quantum of loss and prepare reserve recommendations.
• Prepare Immediate Loss Advice (ILA), Preliminary Reports, and Final Adjustment Reports.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, insureds, contractors, experts, and other stakeholders.
• Provide professional recommendations based on technical findings, policy coverage, and market practice.
• Handle claims independently from notification through final settlement recommendation.
