Coordinate with Survey, ROV, Diving, Projects, QHSE, and Document Control teams to verify technical data, resolve reporting discrepancies, manage comments and revisions, ensure compliance with project requirements, and support timely submission of accurate survey deliverables.

Purpose
Coordinate with Survey, ROV, Diving, Projects, QHSE, and Document Control teams to verify technical data, resolve reporting discrepancies, manage comments and revisions, ensure compliance with project requirements, and support timely submission of accurate survey deliverables.
Internal and External Coordination
- Internal communication with Senior Marine Geophysicist, Senior Hydrographic Data Processor, QHSE Operations, Projects, and Document Control.
- External communication with clients, survey and data processing subcontractors, and software vendors.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to clarify technical requirements, resolve reporting comments, obtain missing information, and ensure deliverable compliance.
- Support timely submission of accurate and approved survey reports.
HSE and Quality
- Uphold Milaha Offshore & Marine HSE and quality management requirements in all reporting and coordination activities.
- Ensure documentation processes support safe operations, report hazards, and contribute to HSE awareness.
- Escalate non-compliance issues and invoke stop work authority when unsafe practices are evident.
