Surgical Scheduler

Rome Health is currently looking for a Scheduler to join our Endoscopy team.

The potential employee will act as clerical staff to ensure scheduling and patient appointments are accurate.

• Adheres to the compliance plan, policies and procedures
• Gives a quality level of service to patients
• Answers, screens and routes all outside calls to appropriate areas
• Will train to become fluent in Paragon, patient registration and resource scheduling
• Covers reception for check-in and check-out when necessary
• Other duties as listed in the job description

The individual will need to have computer skills, math ability, a high school diploma GED.

Medical terminology is a plus along with a BLS, de-escalation training and safe patient handling.
